How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–3 days inside Dhaka and 3–5 days elsewhere in Bangladesh. You'll get a tracking code as soon as your parcel is with the courier.
How much is delivery?
৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka — and free on orders over ৳5,000.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on delivery at checkout and pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
Which online payments do you accept?

How do I track my order?
Sign in and open the order in your account, or use the Track order page with your order number and mobile number.
What if something arrives damaged or missing a part?
Message us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you, and collect the item for free.
Is the bag waterproof?
Our fabric bags are splash-resistant at best. Please keep electronics in a rain cover or dry bag in heavy rain.
