Returns & refunds

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Message us from your account or the chat with your order number to start a return.

Bags must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. Used bags can only be returned if they arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

If something arrives damaged, incomplete (for example, a missing accessory) or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and collect the item at no cost to you.

Online payments are refunded to the original method (bKash, Nagad, card or bank) within 7–10 working days of the return reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bKash or bank transfer.
