Warranty policy
Every bag and suitcase is inspected before it leaves us, and manufacturing defects are covered by our return policy.
Checked before dispatch
Zips, handles, wheels, locks and telescopic handles are checked before packing.
Faulty on arrival
If a zip, wheel, handle or lock is faulty when it arrives, report it within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.
